More H:tLJ screencap requests

Still mute. Great excuse to watch DVDs and downloads instead of going out into the rain. (I finally found another episode of "Queer Eye For the Straight Guy", after seeing one at [livejournal.com profile] halimede's. This was the one with the long-haired taxidermist/guitarist and his Norman Rockwell family. All v. cute and heartwarming. The guy did sorta look like David Bowie after his transformation, too.)

[livejournal.com profile] ltlj asked for the scene in "Enforcer" where Hercules and Iolaus are sitting on the bed talking. Here goes:

She also asked for longer shots of the guys, where you can see them both from head to foot. There aren't many of those moments that I could get a clear cap of - they're always walking around talking to each other, and because everything's moving those shots end up blurred. But here are a few I had better luck with:

This is from "Heedless Hearts", after Hercules finds out his new girlfriend's husband is still alive:

On a more frivolous note, from "Cast A Giant Shadow"

From the beginning of "Sword of Veracity", one of my all-time favorite episodes:

Iolaus standing guard, again from "Sword of Veracity":

And again from "Sword of Veracity". (Did I mention I love this episode? :-)

And by way of a lagniappe, this completely irrelevant shot from "Enforcer" that I think [livejournal.com profile] ltlj might get a kick out of:

Enjoy!

Woohoo! Those are fantastic. Thanks so much! I love the talking on the bed one. It's an actual moment in the show where you see Iolaus with the crap beat out of him literally unable to walk, and Hercules taking care of him, and it's so different from the whimpering pitiful picture that most people do in the h/c fanfic.

I love the pie fight too. I always felt like that was not in the original script. I think it's the expression on the actress' face when she hesitates, sees what Sorbo does, then does the girly shriek as the pie starts to fly and she realizes she's trapped in the middle of this.

Hey, you're welcome!

it's so different from the whimpering pitiful picture that most people do in the h/c fanfic.

Good point. I love that they're not even talking about Iolaus' injuries at first - just discussing how to defeat the Enforcer. It's all 'another day, another near-death experience'. :-)
