Interestingly, I just got to that episode this evening on my rewatch, and... that scene is actually there?! But Wu Xie doesn't break down, he just looks sad and determined and resigned to everything ending. So I guess it was an alt take rather than an actual deleted scene. (And honestly, I thought it worked well as it was, because there was a LOT of people having sad emotions in that ep around then already.)
