New Hercules: the Legendary Journeys screencaps: "Let There Be Light" and "Redemption"
I've updated my site with new screencaps for the fifth season Hercules: the Legendary Journeys episodes Let There Be Light and Redemption.
I got a request for screencaps of the first episode, and then I had to do 'Redemption' as well so I could get to the hug at the end. I hadn't seen the bit with Dahak-in-Hercules'-shape torturing/seducing Iolaus for a long time, and it just gutted me.
Now we ignore the rest of the plot completely (exorcism of Dahak!Iolaus, Zarathustra, the Light, and other WTF-ery) in favor of
Nebula and Ares being astoundingly hot together

Oooh, yeah. She's putting him in his place, and he loves it. Go, Nebula.

Skip forward to Hercules and Iolaus giving each other manly hugs. Sad ones, because Iolaus is off to join the Light (which never happened, okay? He went to the Paths of the Dead instead and Kheper Djedi brought him back. Anyway.)

Hercules has some trouble letting go of him. Understandably. *sniffle*

I didn't want Iolaus to go into the Light either - but at least in my Universe he kept his wings when he came back. *g*

And I am secretly still hoping you'll write more in that universe. *cough* That's the only existing 'wingfic' story I can think of in the Hercverse, and it really worked for me; I remember the bit with the sand demon particularly, and the way Iolaus has trouble mastering his new abilities. Heh.

Oh for the time to do all the wonderful things I'd *like* to. There are at least three other stories in that universe (including the way Iolaus rose from simple Aeon to the level and power of an Archon (all Ares fault, I'll have you know)) I have plot. I have intention.
I also have a dozen other things I'm working on, including the Doctorate! Maybe once I've got *that* out of the way ...

Yay! Now to overcome that pesky time problem. *G* No, I know it's not that easy, but I do hope the Doctorate goes speedily.

Thank you! *runs off to look at the rest*

Oh, hi! Just friending you back. Loved your Hercules vids, especially "Live 'til you die"!

I saw you posting about the whacked appeal of Amazon Women and lamenting the Cult of the Pallid Hunter, so there was an instant addition to the friendslist. *G*

I'm just getting into it, will probably burn my way though in a couple of months, then keep it in the back of my mind forever, but openly obsess over something else (just so a you're warned).
